Customer service practitioner (level 2)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales & Customer Service Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in sales, customer service, and business administration within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
The work
- Contact prospective customers by telephone to introduce our services and identify sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within the company CRM system
- Follow up enquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals
- Build positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Assist with preparing quotations and customer information
- Support the customer service team with client enquiries and requests
- Update databases and maintain accurate records of all communications
- Learn about the logistics and transport industry to confidently discuss company services
- Work towards individual and team targets
Training
- Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional skills in maths and English where applicable
Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.
