Hospitality Team Member Apprentice

• Prepare and clean guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard.
• Support the housekeeping team with room changeovers and guest amenities.
• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with serving food and drinks in the restaurant and bar.
• Take customer orders and process payments.
• Help prepare and maintain bar and dining areas.
• Support weddings, functions and special events.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to create a memorable guest experience.

Successful completion may lead to a permanent Hospitality Team Member position and progression onto a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor apprenticeship as responsibilities develop.

• The role includes evenings, weekends, and event-based working
• The Highfield operates around guest bookings and private hire events, so flexibility is important
• Be sure to plan transport arrangements, particularly for early starts or late finishes
