Data Technician Apprentice

• Collect, organise and maintain business data from a variety of sources
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and up to date
• Assist with data cleansing and quality checks
• Produce reports, dashboards and spreadsheets to support business performance
• Analyse trends and identify patterns within datasets
• Use Microsoft Excel and other data management tools to manipulate and present information
• Support colleagues by providing accurate data for operational and management reports
• Assist with maintaining databases and ensuring data is stored securely
• Follow GDPR and company data protection procedures

• Data Technician Level 3

• Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship
• Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs

• Has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working with numbers and data
• Has strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Is confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Has an interest in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting
• Can communicate information clearly and accurately
• Is eager to learn and develop new technical skills
