Business administrator (level 3)
You’ll support guests from booking to check-out, handling enquiries, bookings and questions while providing advice and resolving issues. You’ll also work with owners, suppliers and teams, support property launches, social media, events and other tasks in our growing business.
The work
- Help handle enquiries and take bookings
- Answer questions before arrival and be
there to offer help - Communicate with guests by phone, email and online messaging
- Work closely with property owners, housekeepers, maintenance teams and local suppliers
- Helping create social media content
- Update property information
Training
- All of your training will be completed within the workplace, You will be working towards the Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship
- You will have the opportunity to work towards your Functional Skills in maths and English if you do not have the GCSEs or equivalent

Things to consider
- A full UK driving license and the ability to travel to
properties when required. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.

- Flexibility around our Tuesday-Saturday working pattern.
