En Root is a South London restaurant. Indian Inspired Vegan Cuisine.
We welcome one and all to our sites in Clapham or Peckham to learn about food. We focus on health and celebrate flavour, culture & nutritional joy! Fun is important and Love is a key ingredient.
-Prepare dishes, Talk to customers & Clear tables
The work
- Prepare fruit & vegetables for savoury and sweet dishes
- Learn to prepare hot drinks such as Coffee & Tea
- Communicate with customers and our team to make service smooth
- Make Special Recipes/Menu Items
- Take orders & payments
- Clear & Clean tables and make sure cleanliness in the kitchen
- Sweep & Mop end of day
Training
We will provide training in Food & Hygiene as well as Health & Safety.
Onsite and online training to enable you with skills to use in the kitchen and take beyond to future work placements or future work with En Root.
