Customer service practitioner (level 2)
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Operations Assistant. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a busy manufacturing environment while working towards a Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship qualification.
The work
- Support stock ordering, booking and monthly stock takes
- Assist with production planning, paperwork, labels and cutting optimisation
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and hauliers
- Coordinate transport administration, delivery call-offs and courier bookings
- Process CRM invoicing, scan PODs and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support across the Operations team
Training
Training will take place at National Business College, 1 Greenhead Rd HD1 4EN.
