Hospitality Team Member Apprentice

• Prepare and serve Subway products in line with brand standards, food safety procedures and customer requirements
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service for dine-in, takeaway and digital order customers
• Support stock rotation, cleaning schedules, hygiene checks and general store presentation
• Assist with opening, closing and daily operational routines under supervision
• Work with managers and team members to develop confidence in hospitality, food service and workplace communication

There may be opportunities to progress into a permanent team member role, shift leader or supervisor position, and to continue with further hospitality apprenticeship training such as Hospitality Supervisor or Hospitality Manager.

The role is based in a fast-paced food-service environment. Applicants should be comfortable standing for periods of time, following food hygiene procedures, working on a rota and serving customers during busy trading periods.
