Brewer (level 4)
As a Brewing Apprentice, you’ll begin a rewarding journey into the world of brewing, developing the technical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to become a future brewing technician. Our brewers work with advanced brewing processes and cutting-edge technology to overcome real production challenges and deliver high-quality products.
The work
Throughout the programme, you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training, rotating through key brewery departments to gain a broad understanding of our operations. You’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor and a team of experts committed to your development. This apprenticeship blends practical experience with academic study, leading to a nationally recognised Level 4 Brewing qualification, equipping you with the skills, confidence, and insight to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
Training
Applications are welcomed from those with Level 3 qualifications (A levels and/or BTEC. Minimum of 96 UCAS points) and a passion for a career in manufacturing.
