Operations Degree Apprentice

• Work alongside experienced engineers and operational teams on real manufacturing challenges and projects
• Learn how our production processes, equipment and technology work and how they can be made even better
• Use data to investigate problems, spot trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop your knowledge of mechanical, electrical and digital engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Get involved in continuous improvement, helping improve safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and sustainability
• Build your project management, communication, teamwork and leadership skills
