Nurtured@Balby are looking for a new Nursery Assistant Apprentice Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Early Years Educator L3.

As a Nursery Apprentice you will be taking the first steps in your career as you support children in the most important part of their learning development.
Not only will you gain on the job training and development, you will also understand what it is like to play a leading role in a child’s education. Our apprentices are given the tools to become practitioners of the future, some have even moved into senior management positions.
Day-Day Responsibilities:
- Support the care, learning, and development of children in the nursery.
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging play-based activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Observe children's development and contribute to learning records.
- Promote children's wellbeing, independence, and confidence.
- Attend training sessions and complete apprenticeship coursework.
