Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice - Ivory Egg

This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience across customer service, sales administration, purchasing and logistics while working towards a recognised business administration qualification.

 Key responsibilities:

• Respond to telephone and email enquiries professionally, referring queries to the appropriate colleague where needed
• Assist with preparing quotations, processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
• Support purchasing administration, including raising purchase orders and following up with suppliers on delivery dates
• Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team to help coordinate deliveries and provide order updates
• Enter and update information within our business systems, checking accuracy and completeness
• Assist with filing, scanning, document preparation and general office administration
• Support the organisation of training courses, including bookings, joining instructions and attendee records
• Help maintain spreadsheets, reports and customer and supplier databases
• Follow company procedures and handle confidential information responsibly

About you

You will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and an interest in developing a career in business administration. Good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload are important.

You should be comfortable using computers and have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will enjoy working as part of a team and be willing to ask questions and take on new tasks. Previous office experience is not essential, as training and support will be provided.

Training and development

You will receive practical workplace training and support to complete your apprenticeship.

As your skills develop, you will take on greater responsibility and gain an understanding of how different departments work together to deliver excellent customer service.

Business Administration level 3 Apprenticeship.

1x Monday College attendance per month- City Hub.

Knowledge test 60 mins, remote portfolio interview (30-45 mins), remote project presentation (10-15 mins followed by 10-15 mins of questions).

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the learner could progress into a permanent role within Ivory Egg UK Ltd, subject to business needs and available opportunities. Potential roles include Business Administrator, Sales Administrator, Customer Service Adviser, Purchasing Assistant or Logistics Administrator.
