Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

• Create, schedule and monitor engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Produce graphics, photographs, short-form videos, posters and promotional materials.
• Support recruitment campaigns and promote vacancies through digital and community channels.
• Help keep website content up to date and contribute to email marketing, newsletters and news stories.
• Support local events and build links with community groups, colleges, charities and employment organisations.
• Use marketing data and analytics to review campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Training is delivered every Tuesday morning on Teams.

On successful completion of the apprenticeship we would expect a transition into a full time position with Home Instead.

• A genuine interest in marketing, social media and digital communications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, curiosity and confidence to suggest new ideas.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfort using computers and digital technology, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest or experience in Canva, photography/video, websites, SEO, analytics, email marketing or AI-assisted content tools is desirable, but not essential.
