The work
Product Management (approx. 70%)
- Support product managers in setting up and maintaining product codes.
- Assist with forecasting supply and demand.
- Coordinate regulatory copy approval and maintain compliance.
- Produce and update core marketing materials.
- Liaise with supply chain and regulatory teams to ensure smooth product lifecycle management.
Event Management (approx. 30%)
- Assist the Event Manager in planning and delivering conferences, exhibitions, and internal events.
- Manage logistics, promotional materials, and delegate communications.
Training
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills (Excel proficiency essential).
- Excellent organisational and project management ability.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Digital literacy and willingness to learn marketing tools.
