Recruiter (level 3)
Guided Talent is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious people to join us as Junior Recruitment Consultants in Crawley. You don’t need years of recruitment experience. We’re looking for people with energy, confidence, ambition and the drive to do well.
The work
Recruitment is fast-paced, social and commercial.
You’ll learn how to:
- Find and speak with talented candidates
- Build relationships with clients
- Work on live vacancies
- Match people with the right opportunities
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Develop new business
- Build your own network and market
- Take increasing ownership of your own recruitment desk
You’ll be speaking to people every day, building relationships and learning how to create opportunities from scratch.
And when you make placements, you earn commission.
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with acollege or other training organisation. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard.
