Marketing Apprentice

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

•  Establish the marketing strategy in terms of target customer segments and channels to drive revenue
• Create targetted marketing material and content to appeal to the agreed customer segments
•  Review performance of budget vs sales vs effort to continue to improve performance
•  Act as a key member of the central team
•  Making recommendations on other aspects of the proposition of The Sessions House (such as new events to consider, pricing recommendations based on insight)

• The Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship will take you 24 months to complete
• This apprenticeship can be started at any time, and you will meet with your assessor at least once a month either at your workplace or remotely on Teams

• Successful completion of the apprenticeship will give you a stronger understanding of the subject and may allow you to progress onto a full time role

We expect candidates to be familiar with the main social media platforms. Ideal would be experience with some form of content creation using photos and videos. Familiarity with AI (GPT, Gemini or Claude) is helpful.

We are an established Wedding and Events Venue with further related businesses in Events decor, Hospitality and a Bridal Boutique. We are a premium hospitality venue within Spalding and put on a range of public events alongside the private events of weddings and private hire as well as themed events.
