Customer service practitioner (level 2)
Baddow Same day Logistics (Trading name of Baddow Mini Market) is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice with strong sales ability and a passion for growth.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in marketing, sales, and business development.
The work
- Use a range of questioning skills in dealings with customers, including listening and responding in a way that builds rapport, determine customer needs and expectations, as well as achieving positive engagement and delivery
- Lead conversion & client onboarding
- Provide clear explanations and offer options in order to help customers make choices that are mutually beneficial to both the customer and the organisation
- Supporting the wider team with general marketing duties
- Prioritise and plan the completion of tasks according to agreed deadlines
- Data entry - accurate, confidential database management
