Chef Apprentice

• Get ongoing support through the Sodexo Apprentice Culinary Academy
• Earn a fully funded Level 2 Chef Apprenticeship qualification while gaining real work experience

Training takes place through a combination of learning at work, remote training and exciting off-site culinary masterclasses with our apprenticeship training provider. You’ll have structured training at least monthly, alongside hands-on learning and support from experienced chefs throughout your apprenticeship.

You’ll develop valuable skills and experience that can help you take the next step in your culinary career. Once you’ve completed your apprenticeship, you’ll be able to apply for further roles and development opportunities, helping you continue to build your skills and progress your career.

All candidates must attend our open recruitment day on Friday 6 November 2026 to be considered for these Apprentice Chef positions.
