The work
As part of this role, you will be:
- Working closely with advisers and paraplanners to support the creation and delivery of financial plans
- Issuing, chasing, and summarising Letters of Authority
- Liaising with providers regarding LOAs and new business submissions
- Processing new business accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining client records and back-office systems
- Monitoring cases to ensure timely progression and clear communication
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and workflows
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
