Early Years Apprentice

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work:

• Supporting children's learning and development in a nursery or childcare setting
• Engaging children in fun and educational activities
• Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
• Assisting with daily routines such as meals, nap times, and outdoor play
• Observing and recording children's progress
• Working closely with a team of experienced childcare professionals

• Early Years Educator Level 3
• Training will include paediatric first aid qualification

Your training plan:

• Remote Learning - Complete your qualification with online support from experienced tutors
• Hands-on Experience - Gain valuable skills in a real work environment
• Career Progression - Opportunities to move into full-time employment upon completion
• Dedicated Mentor - One-to-one guidance throughout your apprenticeship 

Qualified Level 3 Early Year Educator.

• Passing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
• A full UK driving licence is desirable
