Apprentice Customer Consultant

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome every customer professionally
• Complete cash transactions accurately
• Learn to balance and operate a cash till
• Open savings accounts
• Help customers with online and telephone banking
• Promote appropriate products and services
• Book appointments for advisers
• Complete administration accurately
• Follow all compliance and security procedures

In-house training plus the candidate will follow a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a Level 2 Customer Service qualification. This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College – South & West.

If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A-C (9-4) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 2 Functional Skills in the relevant subject.

The role offers genuine opportunities in financial services. Learning from an experienced team and an opportunity to do future qualifications including those from the college. It will also provide the successful candidate with lots of transferrable skills.
