Content creator (level 3)
Creative Content Creator and Digital Marketing Apprentice supporting arts and cultural projects through content creation, digital marketing, audience engagement, administration and innovation, while developing skills in storytelling, technology, AI and communications.
The work
The apprentice will create digital content, support marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, assist with events and administration, produce photography and video content, conduct research and explore AI and digital tools to improve audience engagement and organisational efficiency.
Creating social media posts and digital content
Writing blogs, website articles and newsletters
Taking photographs and videos at events and activities
Updating website content
Scheduling and monitoring social media channels
Supporting marketing campaigns and audience engagement
Researching trends, audiences and new technologies
Assisting with meetings, diaries and administration
Maintaining databases, records and digital assets
Supporting events, exhibitions and community programmes
Exploring AI and digital tools to improve ways of working
Working with colleagues, artists, partners and stakeholders to deliver projects
Training
Training will be completed in the workplace and online
