Business administrator (level 3)
We have a great opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join an established transport company based in Wednesbury. We are looking for an ambitious individual to join the customer service side of a very busy transport environment.
The work
- Answering customer queries via emails or on the Telephone
- Data entry
- Liaising with colleagues in different departments or depots
- Account management
- KPI reporting
- Using various computer systems, Microsoft/Azyra/Transport Exchange/ Subby portals
- Chasing up information from customers
- Inputting customer jobs onto the system
- General admin duties – Pods inputting/scanning/
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard.

Ireland to UK Express Shipping: Collection available anywhere within Ireland to be shipped on our premium night service from Dublin port to either Holyhead or Liverpool port to arrive the next morning for collection and delivery by Hales personnel in the UK.
