Sales executive (level 4)
Swarm is working with Gleeson Homes who are recruiting Apprentice Sales Executives to join the growing Sales team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is commercially minded and wants to develop a long-term career in professional sales.
The work
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Identify and follow up sales opportunities across multiple channels. - Support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments.
- Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve site and regional sales targets.
- Develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role.
Training
The apprentice must complete a minimum of 6 hours of work each week during working hours while progressing towards their qualification. A tutor will conduct training sessions once a month, during which the apprentice will receive tasks to be completed within their working hours.
