Join Matrix Academy as an Operations & Training Administrator Apprentice! You will be at the heart of our renewable energy & training business, managing enquiries, scheduling, and supporting funding applications in a dynamic environment.
The work
Daily tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Overseeing the administrative inbox and responding promptly and professionally
- Managing incoming enquiries from clients and prospective candidates with care
- Providing new enquiries with comprehensive course information and guidance
- Coordinating and scheduling engineers for training courses, installations, and servicing
- Invigilating assessments in accordance with awarding body requirements
- Liaising with local authorities on matters of funding
- Preparing and submitting tenders and bid proposals
- Recording candidate finance details accurately and discreetly
- Representing the organisation front-facing at industry exhibitions and events

Training
Business Administrator Level 3.
The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotely with monthly online classes and at their Rotherham campus quarterly, giving you the training and support you need to become an all-rounded and successful business administrator.
Full internal training will be provided to the right candidate alongside structured apprenticeship module delivery.
