At Lloyds Banking Group, we help businesses of every shape and size grow, thrive and prosper. As a Consumer Financial Services Professional Apprentice, you’ll build client relationships, learn how banking really works, and earn industry-recognised qualifications.
The work

This apprenticeship gives you the chance to study while gaining experience across different banking roles.
You’ll cover topics like:
- The external environment and sustainability
- Legal & regulatory frameworks
- Customer and client relationship management
- Digital tools and data systems

What you come out with
As part of your apprenticeship, you will complete the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) Associate Chartered Banker Diploma and Professional Banking Certificate.
