Information communications technician (level 3)
We have an excellent opportunity for a Technology Support Apprentice to join our Digital, Data and Technology team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a Full-time, 2 Year Fixed Term contract.
The successful candidate will undertake the Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship delivered by LDN.
The work
- To provide support to internal staff
- To work towards the level 3 Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship with LDN
- Setting up laptops, tablets and desktop computers for staff use
- Resolving non-complex requests for customers, including application & account access
- Contribute to project work, supporting the wider team, as and when required
Training
This apprenticeship programme is delivered fully online.

What you come out with
Upon completion of the Level 3 Information Communication Technician apprenticeship, you could move from 1st line to 2nd or 3rd line support, IT Support Officer or similar roles.
