Civil engineering technician (level 3)
Enable Futures, a multi-award-winning Apprenticeship employer, are delighted to partner with Alan Wood and Partners to look for an Apprentice Civil Engineering Technician in the West Ayton area of Scarborough. This role will suit somebody who is interested in becoming a Civil Engineer, as well as somebody who is keen to use CAD.
The work
- Producing CAD drawings
- Preparing simple calculations
- Supporting the administration of projects
- Ensuring outputs meet the required standards
- Meeting agreed deadlines
- Maintaining drawing register
- Working as a member of a team
- Contributing to providing solutions to problems
- Working both in an office environment and on-site visits
Training
The successful applicant will work towards a Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician qualification, which will take 24 months (plus End Point Assessment) and will be delivered by T3 Training.
