See the small stuff? Shape the big stuff. If you’re big on small details and solving problems, welcome to your happy place.
Audit is about keeping our business secure, fair and future‑ready. Protect the Group’s assets, reputation & sustainability. As an apprentice you’ll be part of it from the moment you join.
The work
Learn it. Do it. Own it
Audit isn’t about sitting on the side lines. We don’t give you a clipboard. Instead, within three months you’ll be working on live audits - observing, contributing, and taking on cases of your own.
As you progress, you’ll spend time in areas like:

Plus, a 6‑month placement outside Audit, an opportunity to work alongside teams like Finance, Tech, Risk, and Customer Services - giving you a 360° view of how we get things done. These will be defined during your programme.
