Room Leader Apprenticeship

• Assist and support the Room Leader in the day-to-day management and smooth running of the room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development.
• Assist in planning, delivering and evaluating engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's individual learning and development needs.
• Support, guide and motivate room staff, helping to maintain effective teamwork and consistent childcare practices.
• Promote a positive, nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

·       We are a unique, privately owned children’s day nursery and holiday club, first opened in January 1995. Originally established as a sole trader, we became a limited company in 2007 and continue to operate as a family-run business, now alongside the owner’s three children.

·       Toad Hall Nursery is set in two acres of beautiful farmland, just two miles from Wokingham. Easily accessible via Barkham Road or Finchampstead Road along Evendons Lane, we provide children with a safe, natural, and stimulating environment where they can thrive through play and exploration.

·       Our aim is simple: to deliver high-quality childcare and early years learning experiences, while retaining the warm, personal service and friendly atmosphere that makes us unique.
